Well if you have seen Buddy Guy you know what kind of show he does.Buddy was the headliner or the last to play.First up was the Los Lonely Boys,I have seen them a couple of time and they rock.Three brother play there hearts out.The set was 1hr 1/2 with some long jams and a few of there hits.The bass player had 32 speakers ,the drummer bass drum was miked so you could feel the beat in your chest.The lead guitar just smoke on every set.First song was Crossroads.A very cool band and has a good fan base.
Next was Buddy Guy who was top shelf,I have seen Buddy about 6 times.Two times at Crossroads,he just takes the show to a higher level.At this show at the House Of Blues he was on his game.Buddy played for about 1hr 20min.Buddy does Buddy no set list just what comes out at the time and plays the crowd.He is alwas good there is no one like him.Buddy Guy is a must see show.
Let me say a thing about the House Of Blues,you have to get frist,everthing out of your pockets,a wand waved around you,the kids that do it have no smiles,don't care on the music,the people who work there are rude and just don't care about the people going to see the music.I don't give HOB any extra money at the show.There are few seats there for all the shows.I see at other HOBs they do put seats out sometimes.The attitude is not a friendly place.I go there because they have some good show,but the attitude just sucks.You can't bring anything in so here are some photos off my cell phone.
