Ryan Adams & /The Cardinals 5-09-09 Fl.Theatre ,Jacksonville ,Fl.

Before the Ryan Adams and the Cardinals show,There was a young guy sitting on stage playing 45s on a turntable not a new style turntable but a 45 small plater turntable,it was very cool,he played some great old 50s and 60s rocka billi tunes ,and as the song was playing ,he was in to as he rocked to the tunes he was playing ,he would ramble threw a big stack of other 45s in his lap and pull one out of the stack for the next play that hit him in the mood.
Ryan Adams and the Cardinals what a band,there sound is like nother other band,Ryan Adams is one of a kind artist,It was a pleaser seeing him and hearing him play sing and he just put on a great concert.The band is so great very tight,great stage presents.
Great crowd,very respectful ,not much talking ,the audio could have been better.Ryan and band played for about 2hr.

Lil'Ed and the Blues Imperials rocked the Beach Shack,on Wed night to a packed house Lil'Ed played and Band 2 90min,sets .

B.B.King & Buddy Guy at UCF Arena 2-06-09

Buddy Guy and B.B.King at the UCF Arena on 2-06-09.Buddy opened the show strong 1hr.set with song from new CD Skin Deep.Buddy did a great version of' Skin Deep",then Buddy went into the audience walked to the top and back it was a show stopper.
Then BB came on BB is 84 now and is sitting in a chair now but is still great,tells more stories than plays but great stories and did a few solos,BB played about 1hr.3/4.

John Hammond 2-5-09 Beach Shack,Cocoa Beach,Fl

For the people who where at the Beach Shack last night (Thur ) saw and heard a great Blues show.The Rev.Billy C.Writz open the show with a great set of boogie-woogie tunes and his own tunes,The Rev.dedicated his1hr. set to Dr.Earle who pass away the last week.
Then 1/2 break and the Blues Master John Hammond came on and just was so good,playing a powerful 1+ 1/2 set telling stories and jamming the blues out .John uses two guitars and playes harp.What a master on the harp too.If you did not make the show,I feel sorry for you to miss a fine music show in out town of Cocoa Beach.
This show was put on by Boxdrummer Enterprises Production (Joel Silver) which went on with out a hitch,sound was great and a nice stage was brought in for the show.I think it was close to a sell out,and the Shack was jumping,great blues crowd.

My good friend Joel ask me to go the the SoHo Health Food Show at the Dolphin Hotel at Disney.I have never stayed on Disney .Then good friend Chris came over on Sat.We all had a good time.

Tim Reynolds and TR3 played at Skippers Smokehouse in Tampa,Fl.
Tim has a power trio with Dan Martier on Drums and Mick Vaughn on Bass,rocked the house playing 3 hrs of music of all kinds.Tim and band played some Led Zeppelin,Neil Young,James Brown,"Purple Rain" and others.Tim very friendly and look like he and the band having a great time.Good times had by all.
